The Jone L. Bowman Family Foundation will be donating a dollar for every mile that one of D.M. Bowman Inc.’s four military themed trucks drive in the month of November. These trucks are driven by amazing military Veterans who have been dedicated employees to our company.
D.M. Bowman Inc. has selected Platoon 22, a local nonprofit, to receive this donation. This organization plans to open a Veteran’s Center in Frederick, MD which will house necessary services under one roof including classes, counseling, benefits navigation, job training and placement, financial education and support in order to create a smooth transition for veterans into civilian life. With more than 370,000 veterans living in Maryland, this center will assist a large group of individuals to eliminate barriers that they face and give them assistance to reach their full potential.
