We are experiencing a high volume of calls regarding open enrollment and have noticed a few things, identified below, that are repetitive issues.
- When logging in on the www.embbenefits.com/dmb site you will need your username, which is your first initial of your first name AND up to the first six characters of your last name AND the last four digits of your social security number.
- Example, hmeyers1234
- The password for everyone is DMB2022, even if you previously established a password.
- When logging in on the app, the password is DMB2022, even if you previously established a password.
- There is a system issue with the Evidence of Insurability form. The form is not loading properly. We will have to work this out with EMB, but this will not prevent you from enrolling in coverage.
